Executive Board

The Executive Board of the DAC provides general direction and oversight for the coalition. The board consists of four officers and two to eight at-large members, each elected to a two-year term.

Brian O’Leary

President
Brian O’Leary was a catalyst in the formation of the Douglas Avenue Coalition. As a member of the Lower Beaver Neighborhood’s Neighborhood Revitalization Planning Committee and Board of Directors, Brian took over the LBNA’s business relations committee and spearheaded its expansion into the DAC.

Charles Hill

Charles Hill

Vice President
Charles Hill was instrumental in the formation of the Douglas Avenue Coalition. As an at-large member of the Lower Beaver Neighborhood Association’s Board of Directors, Charles volunteered to help build the LBNA’s business relations committee into the DAC.

Jeremy Geerdes

Secretary
Jeremy Geerdes has been involved with the Douglas Avenue Coalition since its founding. The pastor of Debra Heights Wesleyan Church and a member of the Lower Beaver Neighborhood Association’s Board of Directors, Jeremy has a passion to see Douglas Avenue become a vibrant corridor lined with thriving businesses.

Mitch Coluzzi

Mitch Coluzzi

Treasurer
Mitch Coluzzi holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Informatics. He owns several family ran companies which are headquartered out of the Douglas Ave area. In addition, he is a licensed Real Estate Broker, General Contractor, and Property Manager.

Luke Lynch

Luke Lynch

Luke has spent most of his life residing in the Lower Beaver and Beaverdale (formerly Meredith) neighborhoods. He has experience working with non-profits, all levels of government, and volunteering with the Meredith Neighborhood Association.
